The University of Lincoln has been ranked 59th in the University Nando’s League.
The league table, set up by studentbeans.com, shows which of the country’s universities visit the chicken chain restaurant most often.
Nick Long is the assistant manager of the Lincoln branch. He explains what makes Nando’s so peri peri popular.
‘It’s the peri making all things nice. It gives the student the flavours they want, they get to tailor their menu and they enjoy the atmosphere because it was fun.’
The league table found that City University in London ranked first with students visiting an average of 3 times per year.
The lowest ranked university Keele university was less then once per year.
