The indoor street food sessions will be open to the public and to all ages.
The event will feature contemporary desires for haute cuisine, including: Middle Eastern food, hand-cut fries with toppings and traditional Lincolnshire sausages.
Along with a range of drinks on offer from FlybyBars and many others.
There will be a range of traders appearing, including Curry Jack’s, Disco Fries and Hobo food.
Michael Redpath, head of events and marketing at The Engine Shed, told The Lincolnite: ” “It is something we are really excited about at the Engine Shed, and feel there’s a huge demand for in Lincoln.”
Expected to appear was Rosie Glows guilt-free vegan junk food stall, however they have said: “due to illness we aren’t attending.”
The day will be made up of four different sessions, starting from 12pm until 9.30pm.
The sessions will be as follows:
First session is from 12-2pm.
Second session 2.30 – 4.30pm.
Third session 5-7pm.
Fourth session 7.30 – 9.30pm.
