Joyce has a remarkable wealth of experience behind the bar, having worked at pubs and clubs for 64 years.
She has spent most of her working life in Lincoln, with 25 years at the city’s Joiners Arms and eight at the Duke of Wellington.
The great-grandmother who has beaten cancer three times in the 1970’s first started working in bars after the war when she served in the women’s Royal Naval Service.

The 90-year-old still enjoys a drink, her favorite is Whisky and lemonade.
