This week is National HIV testing week.
Lincolnshire County Council are encouraging residents over fifty to get tested.
If you are looking to get tested, you can get a blood test from your GP or sexual health clinic. Or you can order home self-testing kits from the Terence Higgins Trust.
The charity is teaming up with other organisations in England to encourage gay men and African people in particular, to take an HIV test.
According to the the charity this is because these people are at most at risk of getting HIV in the UK.
The week finishes on November 29th.
