The United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust (ULHT) will receive a £200,000 investment designed to help ‘future proof’ the trusts workforce ensuring it can deliver high quality of patient care.
Working alongside the University of Lincoln the Trust will be supporting its nurses, physiotherapists and radiologists by offering twenty of them the opportunity to complete a Masters Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice with modules in the degree focused around their job roles in the Trust.
The funding for the degrees comes from Health Education England (HEE) who also gave the trust a similar £250,000 investment last year.
