A former Britain’s Got Talent winner has announced that his upcoming tour is coming to the New Theatre Royal in Lincoln on Wednesday 20 March.
Lee Ridley, a.k.a Lost Voice Guy, made his first stand up appearance in February 2012 and has since performed at many comedy festivals including Edinburgh Fringe and Nottingham Comedy Festival. He went on to win BGT with his stand up comedy routine in May 2018.
Ridley was born with cerebral palsy, and complications at birth resulted in him losing the ability to speak.
However, that has not deterred him as he uses a communication aid to make the audience laugh throughout his performances.
A statement from the New Theatre Royal in Lincoln said: “Following the unprecedented success of his appearance on the final of Britain’s Got Talent 2018, Lee Ridley is setting out on a tour across the UK and heading to Lincoln.
“He may not be able talk but he definitely has something to say and his comedy will leave you speechless.”
As well as the Theatre Royal, Ridley will also be performing at the Corn Exchange in Stamford on Saturday 16 March 2019 as part of his four-day tour across Lincolnshire.
Both shows start at approximately 7:30pm and anyone wishing to purchase tickets can call 01780 766 455 for Stamford and 01522 519 999 for Lincoln.
