Lincolnshire’s Unison branch have been demonstrating in the city this week, in an attempt to stop the Trade Union Bill.
Unions fear that the bill threaten the basic right to strike.
If approved, employers will be able to break strikes by hiring agency workers to cover for those absent.
Picket supervisors will also have to give their names to the police, which unions feel could lead to the blacklisting of certain individuals.
Gary Padgett, communications officer for Unison Lincolnshire, explained some of the concerns his union has against the proposals.
