Lincolnshire has had a twenty three percent increase in arrests over the past year due to drunkenness and anti social behaviour.
Lincolnshire police has exclusively told our reporter Leigh Milner that they are struggling. In March this year the force received an increase of three percent to their small financial budget, however lack of officers and cell space remains to be an issue.
Leigh Milner went to investigate further by joining the team in Lincoln’s city centre.
