A new campaign aims to raise awareness of eating a healthy breakfast.
Managed by AHDB Cereals and Oilseeds, ‘Breakfast Week’ encourages people to make sure they take time to eat the most important of the day, as well as highlighting the wealth of breakfast produce grown across Lincolshire by hard working farmers.
Anyone who is hoping to get involved would be encouraged to try to hold events during the week to promote the importance of starting to day with a good breakfast.
On a smaller scale, people can also support the cause by involving themselves on social media by spreading the hashtag #BreakfastWeek and by following Shake Up Your Wake Up on Twitter and Facebook.
