Lincoln City travel to Kidderminster this weekend in a game with a 10 place difference.
The Imps will be hoping to deliver the same attacking prowess they showed in Tuesday nights 3-3 draw against Braintree. However they will also be looking to tighten up at the back to avoid conceding any cheap goals.
Discussing Tuesday night’s match, Manager David Holdsworth said; “I felt going forward we were very positive and certainly we showed some good signs” he added “From a defensive point of view we certainly could do better and in certain instances show more authority”
David Holdsworth will have some serious thinking to do in terms of his midfield options. Alan Power returns from a 3 match suspension and has not played for the Imps in over a month. However Tyrone Thompson and Jean-Francois Christophe will look to continue their good run of form as a central partnership.
Lincoln have only taken 5 points from a possible 15 in the last 5 games. They will be hoping that they can put some distance between themselves and Newport, who sit just 1 point behind them with 2 games in hand.
