How do schools support students with English as a foreign language?

All schools in the UK have to support students who come to them with English as a foreign language.

Boston Grammar School is an all-boys school with about 120 students who have English as a second language.

We spoke to Garance Boularand, EAL Coordinator and Language Teacher at the school to find out what they do to support these students.
