February is National Heart Month .
Heart Disease is one of Lincolnshire’s biggest killer. There are thousands of people suffering from heart conditions in the county and that is more than those who suffer from any other disease.
The main risk factors causing heart disease are smoking and overweight.
To help the people in Lincolnshire get an early diagnose , The Public Health Department at the Lincolnshire County Council have introduced a Health Check Programme which provides you with a clearer picture of your health and helps you take action to reduce the risk of heart disease.
