A Wildlife park in Lincolnshire is hoping to attract more visitors with their new attraction, Hudson Bay wolves.

Four endangered wolves have been saved by a wildlife park in Lincolnshire after facing being put down in Germany.

They arrived at the Woodside Wildlife and Falconry Park three months ago following a seventeen hour trip. The park will re-open to the public with the wolves for the first time, this Saturday.

Commonly confused with Arctic Wolves, the Hudson Bay pack are from Canada and are much rarer.

The wildlife park in Langworth is the only place in the UK you will be able to see this breed of wolf.

Tony Butler, head keeper,  thinks they will be very popular with visitors:

“We opened for one weekend during the closed season when the snow came, we only put it on Facebook and Twitter and 300 people came to visit the wolves”.
