Plans have been submitted to turn a Lincoln City pub into a takeaway, apartments and four-bedroom first floor property.
City of Lincoln Council have received the proposals from applicants KIMCOH Properties, to resign the George & Dragon pub on lower High Street.
The pub has now been closed permanently, but the first floor currently hosts a six bedroom student house of multiple occupation.
The proposed redevelopment of the ground floor would provide four new apartments. In addition to the existing apartments on the first floor, the storage space used by the pub would be converted into a four-bedroom student house.
The two properties would be both managed by the same client, but would operate as two properties with separate means of access.
