Stunning dresses, big hair and a hot dog were all part of an event at Propaganda.
The event, which took place at the club in Nottingham, saw five drag queens perform everything from satirical comedy to horror ballet.
The event saw a lip-sync battle, which was followed by drag queen Crystal consuming an entire hot dog in one bite, causing both shock and an eruption of laughter from the unsuspecting audience.
The star of the evening didn’t just cause a commotion with her food consumption, she continued to shock fans by causing a literal spark in their performance.
The evening ended with two performers launching lollipops into the crowd, quite a painful experience, but delicious none the less.
With catchy tunes ranging from This is a Woman’s World to I Write Sins Not Tragedies this was a night few will forget in a hurry.

1. Crystal - The headline act sang the classic Shania Twain song - You’re Still The One. To a picture of a hot dog. Which later materialised into a real hot dog
2. Crystal truly knew how to bring the house down. Suspense was built when a roadie put a bejewelled item on the floor, which turned out to be a weapon of sparking destruction.
3. A somewhat illusion style image is created here, as the large venue was only full to approximately a sixth of its maximum capacity. Though the lack of audience made the show seem more personal.
4. A hauntingly fabulous performance by the headline act. She knew how to use suspense to captivate the audience through multilayered performances where nothing was as it seemed.
5. A truly haunting performance was given by this faux queen. She danced in a ballet style to songs by My Chemical Romance and Panic! At The Disco. Truly haunting.
6. As well as new wave non-traditional drag, the evening featured a range of Lily Savagesque drag queens. Whilst some queens lip-synced there performance, this queen sang live.
7. It was not just the drag queens that lit up the night, Nottingham’s Winter Wonderland bought a touch of magic to the end of the night.
