One of the most pivotal weeks in the history of Lincoln City kickstarts on Good Friday against promotion-chasing rivals Exeter City. The Imps head into the match on the back of a goalless draw last Saturday at Morecambe, which City boss Danny Cowley said was a “good point”.
The draw, however, has left Lincoln two points off the League Two play-off places in eighth, behind local rivals Mansfield Town.
Exeter will arrive at Sincil Bank on the back of two consecutive league victories and are still in the hunt for automatic promotion in fifth.
Lincoln City Manager Danny Cowley says that it is brilliant for Exeter to have given their boss, Paul Tisdale, a long time at the club.

Following the Imps’ match against Exeter will be an away trip to Carlisle United on Monday before that all-important Checkatrade Trophy Final at Wembley against Shrewsbury Town on Sunday 8th April.
