Dangerous dogs have become centre of attention once again. The government announced a possible policy where all dog owners would have to be insured against their pets attacking people. A week later and they have decided to go no further with the policy.
Despite the U-turn dangerous dogs are still an issue and up to 100 hundred people are admitted to hospital weekly from dog attacks. Hannah is twenty three and was attacked when she was just three. She still finds it hard to be near large dogs now.
Jane Alexander, proprietor of Lincoln’s home from home kennels, thinks a more practical approach would work.
