A brand new restaurant has opened in Lincon’s Cornhill Quarter creating more than 40 new job opportunities in the area.
The Cosy Club is a chain of restaurants which have branches all over the Country such as Bath, Manchester, and Derby.
The Cosy Club can seat up to 160 people in the separate bar and restaurant area.
The restaurant has a vegan and Vegetarian menu which offers an array of courses from brunch to desserts.
Director of the Cosy Club, Paul Alexander said: “We change our menu twice a year and I know that we have spent an entire day working on the vegan menu.”
It is one of many businesses to open in the Cornhill Exchange after the £70 million redevelopments.
