Brexit Update: Flextension, European Elections and Legal Complications

Parliament is in recess after the UK and Europe agreed on a six month delay till October 31.

The new extension has been dubbed the ‘Flextension’ as UK could leave earlier if a withdrawal agreement has been ratified by MPs.

The UK must now take part in European Parliament elections on May 23 or be forced to leave the EU on June 1 without a deal.
