It’s World Sleep Day today and there are numerous events taking place across the globe to raise awareness about sleep related problems.

 

It is estimated that 1 in 5 people suffer from problems with sleep in their lifetime and recent studies have shown that an adult should, on average have around 8 hours of sleep a night.
