Homelessness is a serious issue that many people all across the world are facing.
If you take a look along any city centre, the chances are that you will find at least one person sleeping rough. The same thing can be found in Lincoln but what about the hidden homeless; those who we may not see out on the streets, where do they go?
Here in Lincoln, there are several people working round the clock to try and provide help, support and shelter for those in need.
St Mary Le Wigford Church is one of the locations where volunteers are offering help and shelter to the homeless, day in and day out.
LSJ News reporter, Sabra Abukalid, took a deeper look into the lives of those recieving and giving support; speaking first to Reverand Jeremy Cullimore who described sleeping rough as “excruciating”.
