STACK Lincoln: new food vendors revealed as £3 million complex prepares for big opening

Several new street food and drink businesses will be part of the venue opening next week.

The new STACK Lincoln site will be in the St Marks area of the city.

STACK Lincoln has announced several new vendors which will be available at the new complex.

The street food and entertainment venue will contain various stalls showcasing foods from around the world.

The new complex will be in the St Marks area of Lincoln at the site of the old Argos store.

One of the new vendors which will be joining STACK is The Cheesy Pig, an independent Lincolnshire based street food company.

The Cheesy Pig specialise in pulled pork recipes and offer a variety of toppings.

Established in 2020, they specialise in pulled pork street food and will be available at the STACK opening day next week.

Ryan Harvey, who works for the business said: ‘’We are really excited to open a store at STACK Lincoln, especially since we just started out as a small family business during lockdown’’.

STACK Lincoln will be the fourth Cheesy Pig venue, with the other three being mobile trailers which tour the country.

‘’We are also in the process of starting a ‘Tipsy Pig’ bar to go alongside our food ventures”.

The Cheesy Pig will also be joined by several other food vendors from around the country serving a wide variety of world foods.

 

 

All of these food and drink stalls will be available at the new STACK Lincoln.

In total 10 different food and drink stalls will be at the venue as well as a rooftop terrace which will be accessible to customers.

Other stalls include Greek street food Acropolis and smash burger company BarbellBurger & Co.

The STACK Lincoln complex, which will be the 14th in the country, is set to open at 4pm on Wednesday 22nd May.
