Around 30 organisations came together at the fourth annual Lincoln Against Poverty Conference this week.
The Launch of Lincoln Money was the newest element of the event, a service that Chief Executive Rob Shearing, has extended from Sheffield Money.
Ric Metcalfe, Leader of the City of Lincoln Council said one of the biggest issues is “not unemployment but underemployment”.
