Television chef, Richard Fox visited Lincoln today to promote the Love food, hate waste campaign. The campaign aims to inform the population about the effects that wasting food can have on the environment.

Fox asked members of the public which foods they usually wasted and offered suggestions as to what they could do with the food rather than throw it away. There were also demonstrations throughout the day, allowing the public to see how they can get the most out of their left over food.

Richard Fox has been involved with a number of television programs including Men Brewing Badly, a show with Neil Morrisey following the journey of beer to South Africa.

Reporter, Holly Finch, went along to see what he’s been cooking up.
